I have a Xperia Z3. Several months ago the port cover broke. About two weeks ago, the phone no longer charges continuously, neither in the wall nor on the computer. The phone keeps disconnecting and connecting the battery.
You can charge the device up to 59% after finding the "right" position of the charger. I've changed the charger several times and the problem persists.
I do not know if the problem is in the battery connector, probably because of dirt, or the battery itself.
How to determine the cause?
If it is a problem with the connector, how can I clean it since the device battery is not removable?
