Display not working after replacement

I just replaced my screen using witrigs product and the screen now displays this:

 My phone was cracked before and touch wasn't working but there was still display.

it isn't really advisable to perform a repair with your device let alone by following a youtube DIY, I suggest to have your phone repaired at your local service center Local support

OR try to perform the steps again , you might have not placed the ribbon cables back properly
