Sony Xperia z3, in June my phone did an error message, Facebook has closed unexpectedly, have not been able to open Facebook, or messenger without the error and closing. I deleted Facebook from my phone along with messenger. Reinstalled, still same problem. deleted Facebook again. Factory reset my phone. Reinstalled Facebook. Error continues. Did the force close, etc from other forum posts. Sent numerous error reports to Facebook, ya that did nothing. Updated all my applications, and operating system. I am out of problem solving solutions. UH HELP
