I'm sorry to hear this. 
Is it when you do anything particular this happens, or does it happen regardless what you are doing with your device? I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
Also make sure your apps and Android system is updated to the latest available versions. To update your Android system, go to: Settings > About phone > Software update. You can update your apps if you go to: Google Play Store > Tap the 3 lines in the left corner > My apps & games > Update all.

If you are still experiencing the same thing after trying the troubleshooting I suggested earlier, I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
