Headset jack problem

Can you please elaborate on your issue more? What is the problem you are experiencing with your headphone jack?
One ear is heard, another isn't present!.
I have changed earphones, but problems remained!
At connection to other device, earphones work well!
In what there can be a problem?The connector broke or still what that?
