Issue with camera auto focus of xperia z.

Auto focus of xperia z if working only wen i tap my phone slowly on its camera side..any idea what is wrong?

if its in low light conditions its normal.

As uliwooly says, in low light conditions or with moving objects the camera might have a hard time focusing but you should not have to tap on the back of the phone. If the camera doesn't focus unless you tap on the back of the phone i recommend that you contact a service location or your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for assistance.

Ya i have given to the service center and they are replacing it with a new phone.. its a hardware issue. thank you for ur support..

Did the repair your phone of give you a new one?? Mine is doing the same thing.
