Do you get an error message when you attempt to use the camera? If so what is it? Also, test it in safe mode and see if you can use the camera that way

ma nulla di fatto l'app della fotocamera non risponde inoltre dal menu a tendina e scoparsa l'icona della torcia.

Mi chiedevo se era possibile disistallare l'applicazione fotocamera e reinstallarla visto che un app predefinita della sony perchè credo e spero che il malfunzionamento sia dovuto ad un bug  dell'ultimo aggiornamento eseguito in quando la fotocamera ha smesso di funzionare dopo quest'ultimo.
