my phone not working

hi, my phone z1 not working , suddenly shut down the when i turn it, give ( android is starting .... optimizing app .....) but until finish that optimize not open at all and do it again and again for more than 12 hours.

what should i do?

i was try turn it off from the red square and start but gave the same thing (optimize app)

i was try to press power switch and volum up but nothing change , try to connect to computer still not open.

help me what can i do ?

I'm sorry to hear this. I would recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If you are unable to perform a software repair or if the phone is still behaving the same way after you completed one, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
