Hi @Blueblack, welcome to our community! 
From looking at your pictures it looks like you have placed a screenshot as background on your phone. Could you try and change the background on your home screen and see if that helps?
You can change the background if you go to Settings > Wallpaper > Album (or if you rather want to use an Xperia wallpaper/Live wallpaper. If you choose Album, find the picture you want as background > tap on it > Home screen.
