Hi @MC_Neto, sorry to hear about this.

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question correctly, could you please elaborate on what behaviour you are experiencing and what password is being reset every time you restart your device?

Is it a screen lock that resets back to a password that you have used earlier in your phone and you have now changed it or is the SIM card PIN changing back to the default one after each restart?
