Phone is permanently dead

I have replaced my phone recently and after few months the battery backup of the phone was very low and then when I pluged my phone in charging the phone switched off and was completely dead

if there is a red light blinking (led) try to  charge the phone for 2-3 hours using wallmount charger. then Press and hold Power+Volume down key until it boots up.,

you can try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

My Sony experia Z3 phone also died and doesn't react to any instructions for 2 days. Shame on you Sony. I will never buy Sony device again. A device that was paid $530 should work longer than 1.8 months. Sony customer service said that they do not service phones that are not under warranty. This is totally unacceptable. Is Sony a Japanese company??? I have never expected such low quality and poor service from what I mistakenly tought was a reputable company.
