Pop up Turn off/ reset window Constantly

My mobile displays constantly the window turn off / reset specially when I press any button: power,  turn up or down.  I can't turn it off, only reset even pressing power + turn up volume. It's so annoying. Any help?  Thanks in advance

One time reset your phone to the factory mode.

Note: You will loose your data and accounts.

Aftet that if again you get this problem

Maybe your phone has software problem or hardware like buttons problem.
