Problem with fingerprint scanner

Hello. I have problem with my Z5. My fingerprint scanner is not working at any version of android. On mm and nougat fingerprint manager is not showing in security options, but on 5.1.1 manager crashes. What can i do?

Firstly, check in the service menu, 

Go to dialler, type *#*#SERVICE#*#*

Go to service tests

Then fingerprint scanner.

Does it work there?
