Problem with software repair z1

Hello,

I start software repair on my Z1. But for some reason it's stop in middle of proces. Now, I can't start my Z1. On displey: The software update failed. Make sure that your phone connected to computer and try again.
My phone is connected with computer! I chancge usb port several time but nothing.
What can I do?
And please don't send me in sony service because we don't have!!

Can u be more brief? 

I assume the problem is here with ur server!!  In this case try with another gud Internet connection 

_if u r using pc companion..do a software repair by clicking on the tab where it says "Your phone is upto date"> proceed steps Or else.. Select software repair tab and choose ur model then let it download the files> wen it asks u to connect... Switchoff device and connect by holding vol down and power button until it recognises the device. 

_if u r using Xperia companion!!  Juzt select software repair and connect ur device.

To be frank _ pc companion is ur best pal... Coz Xperia companion deals gud with z3 onwards!!  My advice is to try it with different server or if u r using Xperia companion.. Try Uninstalling it and install pcc then proceed steps with pcc
