Hi, I am experiencing a rare scrambling of the screen sometimes during log on.

Fortunately it does not happen often (only about 1 every 50 times) but nonetheless it is still annoying.
Once the screen is scrambled, sometimes it recovers by switching it off and leaving the phone alone for 5 min.
It always fixes itself after a hard-reset (pressing power+vol-up).
I suspect it is a software issue, otherwise I can't explain why it happens only during some logins and not always.
I have tried...
1) factory reset with minimal install (big improvement with less frequent upsets)
2) opening the phone to check if there is some part loose or broken (all seems alright)
Has anybody experienced something similar?
