screen mirroring problem

Hi, i have a problem and due to this problem im very angry. I bought the smartphone sony xperia Z1. Than i bought smart tv Samsung. This two things dont want work correct. Look, i turned on the scanning and screen mirroring on the TV, than  i am trying turn on the screen mirroring on the xperia, now is all good, TV can see my smartphone and Smartphone can see the TV. But with the try of connecting, the TV is writing "CONNECTING" .. my phone is writing same message "CONNECTING", but there is the end of my try. on the display of xperia is "conecting failed, end device dont support DHCCP or is not ready" I have two xperia Z1 smartphones, and two Samsung TVs at the home, but It doesnt want working with any of combination? where is the problem? on samsung support the man told me, that i must calling sony support .. please help me ..

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you running on the latest version of the phone software?

Because the latest version includes optimizations for screen mirroring.

If not I suggest that you update your phone software via PC Companion or Update Service.

If you're running on the latest version try to master reset the phone, then reinstall it via Update Service.

After reinstall, do another master reset and then check if you still experience the same problem.

i do all of your suggestion but problem not solved yet

i reset my phone

master reset

update to last (5.1.1) and ...

the sony company is amazing but have some issue in support in iran and persian support

i search this article in persian language but not result for me.

hello i have the same problem but i can't connect to my pc it always says that still connectind and don't finish
