Hi.. i have sony xperia sent back to me by my son for change battery.
after change battery I try to connect thru Xperia companion, but it show unknown device on my laptop.
my son also forgot the pattern of the phone.
any solution? how to remove pattern lock or hard reset?
I have tried hard reset volume down and power , not show anything.
Xperia Companion cannot detect my phone. even follow instruction.
it is basically cannot detect on my PC and show unknown device in device manager.
