So I just got this z2 it's on 4.4.4 and am having issues just the camera initial it won't fouce at all when up the it does but 4 inch of the ground it's all blurred out and when I take a photo out of my window same issue I tried everything cleaning the lens, Turing off smile to decation etc... But no look help. Also in video mode it won't fouce at all tap to fouce don't seem to work and the button on side dose not work at all. I never had this issue issue my z1 so am thinking software update might be the issue in that case sony plex fix it
Yh I tried Google camera app same issue then another one same issue so am guessing there might be a small mark on the lens that can't be seen by the naked eye also I did buy this of ebay
Ok, so there's a new back cover that might be creating this issue, make sense, I've seen that before. just to double check, when you remove the back cover it work just fine?
This phone is second hand and there might be a mark on the lens so am going to get back cover when I get the new cover I wil take off the backcover and see if there any difference
Just to clarify I got this of ebay the seller said there are light marks on the back. I can't see any on the lens but there might be one on the lens that I just can't see. So am going to buy a replacement back cover to see if that Fixs the issue hopefully. Have you or anyone with Sony xperia z2 on 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 or 5.0.2 have this issue?.
