Can you please try the phone in safemode and see if the same issue occurs?
same for me. In the safe mode the problem is gone. Any idea?

If the issue is not happening in safe mode then it means that a third party application is causing the issue.
The first thing to do is make sure all your apps are up to date. If they are, and you stille experience the problem, then you will need to start uninstalling apps to identify which one is causing the problem.

Do you know the specific name of the app?
Its the Bt notification app
Mine was doing it after I reset my phone to factory. The app it is referencing is the one I use to sync to my watch. Try reinstalling that if you have it.(BTNotification was mine)
