HI,my Z3 Dual is stoppted suddenly.I connected it to cheger for half hour but it does'nt power on!

I believe that removing the battery on my own would void my warranty
as for xperia care i called them and they said that my phone warranty is not supported as i bought from another country

Nothing I can do - you could send your phone away back to country it was bought in or take a chance on either a DIY or store that repairs phones and or replaces batteries

ok i dont know if this work or not ok download flashtool and download the ftf of ur reagen and flash your 4n and try to charge..

Unfortunately it will not work as computer is not recognizing the phone

@kanchuka  That wouldn't work as the member has no power to boot the phone - Even Flashmode requires power when manual flashing

It happened to me for the 3rd time already, and now it's still off unless i plug it to a pc which i dont have right now. I didnt buy this smartphone, sony xperia z3 compact, that will need such treatment, especially with 2to3 hrs charging before turning it on. That is a NO sign of a perfectly healthy smartphone. This never happen to other perfectly healthy smartphone, so Sony has to consider a recall!

My device z3. Sudden death and won't able to work again, mobile was on charge and battery almost full 99% . I made troubleshoting hold power and volume down- hold power and volume up - hold power and both volume up and down- connect the charge and hold power and volume up . But nothing happen, please support me.

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

Everytime I use to send files via wifi direct it pairs and then shows "connecting" and it respond with finally with "sending failed" why? .

Once again have encountered the irritating sudden death I have tried...

1. Wall charging for more than 3 hours after pressing volume up + power button

2. Power + Volume up

3. Yellow button in micro SD card slot

This happened with 57% battery

Cannot connect phone to the computer and there is NO charging LED basically no sign of life... unacceptable for an expensive phone so far regretting the purchase.
