i used Sony z5 for 1,5 years, last time it was 4 mos ago when i was capturing the screen, the music suddenly playing by itself and I turn off the accessibility shortcut. Now, it happens again everytime when I order something from online and the phone starts ringing the music again, please help me find the solution. thankyou
