The touch screen does not work properly

As of today, my phone screen was contactless..I can not use my finger on the screen..It was very under the sun..I wonder if my contact is going interruption due to heat..What can ı do problem?Just got a new reversible is unbreakable if CHANGES..Thanks

How did you resolved the screen issue ?I have also a problem with the middle part of my screen, no reaction anymore
