to record video is impossible

My Z1 cannot record video. It says error  , camera is not avaiable .. The camera works fine taking photos.. Any suggestions ??

Thanks for the help . I erased some apps who was recording audio, and suddently it worked fine

May I ask which apps? There are some Id be really reluctant to delete, like facebook messenger 😕

My video is really up the spout, either doesnt record or does but then wont stop.

Currently it stopped by plunging the whole phone into darkness and I cant switch it back on

I went in and force stopped it and deleted all its data etc, and it worked- but i cant do that every time I want to make a vid
