Touch screen malfunction

Its past a year since i bought my phone, and i am experiencing this issue for 10 months, the touch screen is malfunctioning randomly (like shown in the video while using applications, I dont have my scratch guard on, and this is not a software problem.

My phone was under warranty the first time i gave found the issue

1. I got my motherboard replaced under warranty (Nov 2016)

But this didnt fix the issue,

2. The touch screen replaced (Mar 1017) also under warranty.

This also didnt solve the issue, and now i am out of warranty but i posess a 'service warranty ' which is valid 90 days from Mar 2017.

The people at the service center were not able to zero in the problem.

and told me that my phone was alright (26 Apr 2017)

but I disagree.Do any of you know what my problem is ?

I recommend that you bring this up directly with your Local support team or the authorised service center that has examined your device previously.
