Touchscreen stop responding on calls

Hi
I've replaced the touchscreen and display of Xperia Z1 last week and since that i'm getting a big problem. The touchscreen works perfect in every apps but when i try to make a call, the touchscreen stops responding right after i press the dial button. If it is an incoming call, i can't answer because it freezes when it starts ringing. After that the only solution is restart with power button + Volume Up.
I don't understand why the touchscreen (not the phone) stop working only on calls...
Already tried recovery with Companion program but it happens the same.

Any ideias to fix this?

Thanks

@Duffcereja

The issue probably is the proximity sensor.

I've made all the tests (touch, display, proximity sensor) and they are all ok.

I don't use any glass or protective adesive.

When i try to make a call or with incoming calls, the touch just stop responding. It don't turns black. I can see perfectly what's going on display, i can see the acept or reject buttons but the touch just freezes and don't let me do anything.

What's getting me crazy is that everything works great. Every parts of the touch respond well with all apps, with no dead zones.

I tryed to make a call to my other phone, it freezes imediatly after a press the call button. When i reject the call on the other phone, the display shows that the call was rejected and returns to the contact list. That proves that the phone is working well, except the touch.

But why only on calls?.....
