Usb detecting problem

My xperia z3plus has not detecting usb.

 I connected flash drive through OTG cable. I touched the Detect USB device portion. But its not detecting. 

  give a solution for this problem friends.

have you tried other flash drives to see if it detects,

try to restart your device while the OTG flash drive is connected.

what kind file manager are you using?

try to connect a mouse or keyboard to see if connects,

try to boot to safe mode
