I bought back my xperia z5 premium for warranty last December 2016 because the update last November 2016 the headset port does not work anymore. Unfortunately, a lot of holidays for December. Poor me, my z5 came back Jan 6 2017. As soon I placed my sim card in the phone. It started to shut down all by itself. I immediately send it back for repair. After two weeks, I was notified that will charge a 2800pesos for service. Which is OK with me. But, the next day I was informed that they made a mistake and I being billed 12,900 for defective screen.???
I kept emailing them every month but I get no replies. I tried to call the published landline and yet I get no response. Now after 6months, I am being billed again for 12,900pesos.
No After sales services provided by Sony.

I'm really sorry to hear about your issue but this is a global user based forum, you have to contact your Local support, instead of email you should call them or stop by in person, just a suggestion.
