Xperia Z3 Plus safe mode

I've had my xperia Z3+ for almost a year now and I love the phone but recently the phone tends to get hot really quickly and now the Volume down acts up as well as the power button too. 

I restarted my phone and now it's stuck on Safe Mode.

How can I get rid of this as it blocks almost all my apps?

try holding power and volume up at same time till phone vibrates 3 times then let go
