Q1. Class, speed, & max capacity of recommended SD card for Xperia.Z3.

Q2. I have heard you can set an SD card up so that your phone believes it has a bigger internal storage capacity. Meaning no need to constantly move data to SD card as internal memory reaches capacity.

up to 256GB, class 10 should do

You will need to root the device, partition the SD card and install an app to SD card.
