Xperia Z5 Premium issues

So hey,  

couple of days ago I bought myself Sony xz5 premium from aliexpres. It was in perfect state,  except one problem. Volume button doesn't seem to work and it looks like it is somehow pushed in the mobile. All the other buttons work just fine. It already came in such state. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

Hi @jozigg, I'm sorry to hear about this.

I'm afraid that I can't really recommend any troubleshooting for you since this is not how the volume button is supposed to look on the phone, it should not be pushed in so you can't raise/lower the volume in the device.

I recommend that you get in contact with the retailer where you bought the device and see what options you have, since it is a you recently received it and it was in this condition.

Your Local support team will also be able to assist you if you have any questions regarding warranty and consumer laws in your market/region.
