My sony xperia Z5 which is new keeps shutting down randomly with the error message 'Power off Shutting down your device due to high temperature'. This happens when I am on snapchat it comes up with this message, then just goes!
Also, my camera also has an issue it comes with the error 'Note camera will now turn off temporarily to cool down'. But that is the thing, I have let my device cool down and still these issues occur, I'm not sure what's going on. I even tried to carry out a software repair but it comes up with an error saying 'Software repair error An error occurred while repairing your device. please try again. if the problem persists, please contact Sony support.' And I did exactly that but even they are not sure why it is not working! I even did factory reset and classic shut down but still the error persists. Please help, I want to send it for repair as I have already booked it in and covered by warranty but I am worried that they will say there is no issue and charge me the £20.54 in order to just get my device back. Thank you
what's the case to buy a smartphone with 4K recorder, if after 2 minutes camera goes turn off. It's the same case with Full HD 60fps recording. So, process running background is the cause, is insulting to my intelligence, all smartphone has process running background and camera does not shut down, come on. No body test the devices before release???!!!
I agree my is having the same issue and thinking about ditching my z5 dual somewh to get a better handset! It's really annoying !
