Z3 screen problem

 Hi, I have an Xperia z3 and I am experiencing some issues. It's a week or so that the screen hasn't been working well. I've tried all the procedures suggested on the website, but the screen still gives me problem. In particular, I can't answer phonecalls as it doesn't feel me swiping it and I can't type some letters. It is like some part of the screen has lost sensitivity. Can you help me, please?

If you have completed all the steps including the software repair using Xperia Companion then I recommend you contact your Local support team for a repair.
