When i use net or simple app.or calls my sony xperia z5 premium dual gets overheated instantlly

The phone won't overheat, if it gets too hot it will shut down some apps and/or services, if it gets hotter then it will shutdown. Could you elaborate on which apps and what exactly its happening?
