whenever i plug in my walkman it says installing device driver software and fails all the time and when i unplug it it needs to be reset (using the button that needs a pin on the back of the device)
when i look on "devices and printers" screen my mp3 walkman is known as just walkman and on the properties it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesnt work
i think the model number is: NWZ-B133 ive had it for like 3-4 years lol
any ideas ?
