Problems with telephone conversation

Hello, 

Recently I cannot have phonecalls, because my Sony Xperia 10 Plus redirects automatically. I can hear the other, but the other does not hear me.

How can I fix this problem?

You can reset all settings of your phone app.

Settings->apps&notifications-> all apps-> scroll for phone-> storage

Then clear cache & clear data.

Hopefully this will fix it.

Hi @pieter4, let me see if I can help out here. 

In addition to @Strampkes suggestion, have you been able to carry out a quick test on the microphone in order to see if the microphone works as intended? Find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia Tests > Microphone and speakers.

Try this and let me know how it goes!
