Hi can anyone help whenever my phone rings it's all ways a blank screen so I don't know who is calling. How do I go about fixing this problem. Phone is only 6 months old
Check the proximity sensor test in the support app, this is what decides your ear is on the phone and blanks your screen and check this article with a similar issue.
