Verfication
Looking for some advice my phone has a verification message on it and it keeps saying it will your device has failed verification and it will not work properly, your device will be powered off in 5 seconds
Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do as I can't get my phone to work. I have tried to switch it off but that has failed.
Any advice would be most welcome.

Which raises the question if yours wasn't stolen.
Google blocks a phone when the account cannot be verified.
There are ways to start the phone up in safe mode (see the online manual), you can take out SIM and SD card and try.
Please give some more information so we'll be able to help you.

No the phone has been stolen. I have been having problems with the battery and it hasn't been charging up. This morning I switch the off in case there was something running in the background. When I tried to swtich the phone back on the verification message appeared. This happened a month or so ago and I got round this by depressing the on/off button with the volume control and my phone came back on . Tried this again and the same message keeps appearing.
