My ILCE-7M4 has version 1.10 and I can't seem to update to version 2.01 despite following correct procedure on the website and downloading to the memory card. Have phoned sony help desk today, but they couldn't understand and asked for a photo of my camera showing the version! Does anyone know of this issue?
I bought it in April from Amazon.
Downloaded the 2,01 to the reformatted card and replaced into slot 1. Camera said no card in slot 1 or unreadable. Have tried two other memory cards. It downloads fine from the computer onto the card so I'm a bit stuck.
Wondering if anyone has any experience in these issues and could give me any advice.
