Hi all,

A new boy here.

Had the TV for 2 years ish but when switched on it is very slow.

New batteries in the remote, at the latest up date level.

When I press the guide button only part of it is shown.

The day is correct but no details of channels etc.

The Tv does state that it is connected to the internet.

Switched off and left for a few minutes and retried but still no go.

Any help, advice etc would be most helpful.

One reset is to have the TV on, and hold down the On/Standby button on the remote for just over five seconds until the TV reboots. This is called the Power Reset.

But if this is still not enough, a Factory Reset is the usual recommendation.
