Hello. I have the following problem with BraviaCore. About two days ago I wanted to test what I actually got on the TV, but although playing movie previews worked, playing the main stream of the movie didn't. I got an internet connection error. So I didn't hesitate to contact support. Due to their request for confidential information,
which I refused to provide them, I had to opt out. Now, neither logging in with the old password nor with the temporary password works. Reinstalling the app didn't help either. What can I do about it?
