Is this via WiFi or Ethernet cable?
What steps are you taking to make the connection, at what stage does it fail, and what error message, if any, is being given?
Hi it connected to wifi but I keep getting a message that it has lost the wifi connection but the WIFI has not dropped out (iphone and Ipad all still connected).hence trying to see if the Lan would connect I did read somewhere that if the router uses POP then it will not work with my TV
Hey @Billeboy7475, is this the first time you have connected the TV to the BT Smarthub2?
Is there any way to connect the TV to a different network source, even a WiFi hotspot, to see if the issue remains or not? This would help you confirm if it's a TV related issue or not.
