The latest upgrade which now links you with the cloud is a DISASTER. I can only control about 5% of my TV with Alexa now and the old app on the TV, which you simply unlinked and then relinked to Alexa if there was ever a problem, has now gone and its replacement was hard to find and is terrible. It all seems to be focused on storing and connecting to Sonys Cloud now which to me really really REALLY needs sorting out and fast. This is the last straw for me and Im now tempted to abandon Sony and get another make of Smart TV in the upcoming New Years sales
