After the latest software update the TV no longer switches on when I switch on my Sky Q box and the sound bar is not controlled via the ARC connection (doesn't switch off / on or adjust volume using TV remote).
I have checked all the settings and they seem to be OK. Everything worked fine before the update.
Any idea what I can try to fix the issue?
Is it possible to roll back to the previous software?

Unfortunately it is not possible to roll back a firmware update. What is the full model number of your TV?
A simple reboot (hold down the remote power button for about 10 seconds) or even a full factory reset may help.
I have to say the 6.7205 update completely fixed my KD-55XE9305 random reboots.

Yea, as mentioned above there's no way to revert back to the previous software version I'm afraid, also as @LightFoot added, it's worth to reset the TV and test it once more.
