Please fellow users who have the same problems as me, report the same problem to see from Sony that they made a big mistake in their judgments not to provide an update for Android 8 for us Europeans. Let's be united to be stronger ...

Hey there,
The latest update this TV got was Android 6: https://bit.ly/3kmTRxs
And not quite sure if they're intending to release more version for it or not due to the age of the TV itself.
But it seems that you're not the kind to let this one go, so, sure buddy keep going at it.
Cheers.

And do they really have to give a statement? I mean it's not that they pushed an update that damaged the TV, it's more that they didn't release an update for it.
I do understand that they didn't clearly state that the TV is out of support ''which will be a good reason for them to not push updates for it'', but their latest firmware for that model was released in 2021.
And for a 2014/2015 line up TV, that's not a bad deal.
