have got a 5 year warranty and have contacted Sony and it's with a Sony specialist apparently looking at yeh same images I have posted on here, but nobody ever gets back to me and it's getting worse, I bought this TV for my ps5 and just ghosting affect all the time and worse when playing ps5 games as very vibrant colours which is what I bought the TV for and the model is XR-65X94J and all software updated, factory reset done and no luck. I feel lost and don't know what to do. Please help
Sorry to hear that buddy! At this point you will need to chase with them cause since you've contacted them, they probably tried some steps with you first.
They have sent a Sony engineer out and they said the TV needs to be replaced, and am currently dealing with a manager as no consultant ever did what they said they was going too. When I have spoken to the manager they said I need to wait for the next step. Everything just seems a big hassle and like they are trying to get out of replacing a faulty product. If an engineer States the TV needs replacing I really don't understand what I am waiting for. Nearly 3 weeks now and I think Sony are trying to get out of replacing the faulty product they sold me. It has really upset me as I have 3 Sony TV's and a ps5 and love Sony but the way I have been dealt with it makes me think otherwise. I feel as if I'm getting nowhere at all
