I recently got upgraded to 200mbps Internet from virgin. I did a wired speedtest using analiti app on the TV and got around 85 down and 20 up. The DL speed is pretty much what I would get before the upgrade (100mbps). This didn't seem right to me so I tried WiFi and got over 200 down and 20 up.
I suspected the cable could be the issue so I tried a different one. Tried all the ethernet ports on the routerto no avail. Still I thought it could be a cable issue, until I tried with my laptop and got over 200down and 20up.
This says to me that it's an issue with the TV ethernet speed capabilities.
I'm on the latest firmware.
Are there any fixes for this issue?
Not a problem, simply the Ethernet in TVs is 10/100, so limited to 100 Mbps.
Which is plenty for 4k streaming. Netflix reckons you need ~25mbps.
