Hi,
I've been running a Bravia KE48A9 for a week and have found, on several occasions when using the ITV Hub, when a a section of a programme ends and it should load the adverts, instead the adverts don't load and it's just a black screen.
The only way around this is to re-load the ITV Hub and resume the programme.
As it's a brand new TV the firmware is up to date. I have tried a factory reset but this has not worked.
Has anyone else had this problem?

You can try to clear the cache and data of the TV, and test it once more:
-Go to [Settings] - [Device Preferences] - [Storage] - [Internal shared storage] - [Cached data] - then click [OK] to clear it.
-Unplug the TV from the power socket for a minute then plug it back in.
