I am registered with medici.tv and when I use the tv browser I can enter my email address, but when it comes to entering the password in the requester box, I cannot access it. Who can I talk with to get the browser fixed? All I can do at the moment is stream from my iPad
Hi,
Have you tried with a different browser - e.g. Puffin browser?
Cheers
Peter
Yes, it is something to do with the requester as I enter the email address and then should be allowed to put the password in the following field, but the cursor just stays at the end of my email address and doesn't move down
Update to my problems with the Browser
Tonight I could not sign in to Curiosity Stream because when the Password requester comes on to the screen, the keyboard appears on the bottom half of the screen obliterating parts of the Sign-in requester for the Password - see attached image. This also happens on Medici, but here the input cursor never leaves the emaIL hence the number 4 at the end of my email which is the first part of my password I cannot put on the correct line. Next up is a problem with viewing videos whereby the full screen command leaves an irritating Browser bar across the top of the window, see attached. Come on Sony, sort this out please
Is anything being done about this sign-in problem. Where do I have to go to get some action?
From what you described so far it seems to be only happening with 2 websites, have you tried confirming that by trying different websites?
Have you also tried using a physical keyboard as an alternative?

I use the browser just for these two subscribed websites and my computer for everything else, so I have no need for other use of the browser. It is important to me that these two sites work.
I just tried to sign in to Netflix and again the cursor stops in position after entering my email address. Repeated selection of the 'return' key of the on screen keyboard has no effect at moving it to the password line
I don'y have another keyboard I can try
As far as I know, the stock web browser is not designed to handle steaming, but instead for general web browsing and the apps are used for streaming. So I'd check with the Puffin devs or possibly just use your computer for them since it is already in use.
On the other hand, if the computer is a PC (not a laptop), try using its keyboard with the TV temporarily in case this is some kind of bug with the virtual keyboard.
Hope this helps.
