For a few weeks now, I have been unable to login to YouTube and the some Google Apps: Play Music, Play Movies & TV, Play Games, although Google Play Store seems to be working fine. My TV is an X8509C from 2015
In YouTube nothing happens when I click the sign-in button.
Play Music says "Unable to connect to server to add account"
Play Games just crashes
Play Movies & TV says "There was an error", when searching the library.
I have no problems adding my Google account, but syncing fails
I have tried removing and readding the account, downgrading YouTube and done a Factory Data Reset but nothing have helped.
The TV is up to date with the latest firmware.
Does anyone have any idea to what is wrong?
I found the solution.
I disabled Mobile Management in the Google Apps Admin console.
How do you get to that specific screen on the TV?
I've searched various setup and config screens and can't find that particular option to disable it.
