My TV used to work on Ethernet. That has now stopped working. For some reason it won’t connect over Wi-Fi either. So I’ve now changed Ethernet cable which works on other devices and I get the lights on the switch. But still getting an Ethernet is not connected message. I’ve deleted all Wi-Fi profiles. Under wired LAN it says connected. Any suggestions?
Can you share the model number of your TV and the software version it's currently on?
Software is 8.0.0 and tv is model
is 43XE8005
8.0.0 is the Android version, the TV has a "package" version, it begins with PKG on the Help page. You can find the latest version for this model here.
